With over 55 years of studying nature, Parag brings a lifetime of knowledge and curiosity to every wildlife journey. Originally from Italy, Camilla followed her heart to India, where her fascination with tigers became a lifelong calling. Today, she spends much of the year leading and supporting wildlife journeys across India and Africa, mentoring in hundreds of safaris annually. Her extraordinary work ethic, extensive field experience, and boundless enthusiasm are matched by a warm, approachable personality that makes every guest feel welcome and inspired. Camilla also handles Beyond Wild Italy and France with equal grace and authority.

At 94 years of age, Shridhar Mahajan remains the greatest inspiration behind Beyond Wild. Having spent more than 86 years exploring forests and studying nature, he has authored over twenty books and thousands of articles on trees, botany, and the natural world. His lifelong curiosity and deep respect for wildlife inspired generations of naturalists, including the founders of Beyond Wild. His wisdom continues to remind us that understanding nature begins with careful observation and endless wonder. We lovingly call him 'The Walking Encyclopedia'.

Based in Dubai but with his heart firmly rooted in Africa, Nirav plays a key role in planning and coordinating Beyond Wild's international journeys. An excellent organiser and a true people person, he has a remarkable ability to bring people together while ensuring every aspect of a tour runs effortlessly. His warmth, professionalism, and love for Africa are reflected in every journey he helps create.

Kumkum leads Beyond Wild's public relations and educational travel initiatives with remarkable dedication. She works closely with schools, educators, and families, creating meaningful nature experiences for young explorers. Claes first met the Beyond Wild team in India over sixteen years ago, and a shared passion for wildlife quickly grew into a lasting friendship. Based in Sweden, he helps organise tours for guests travelling to India and Africa while sharing his exceptional knowledge of birds and natural history. His enthusiasm, generosity, and love for the outdoors have made him and his family an integral part of the Beyond Wild tribe.

Prathamesh plays an important role in supporting Beyond Wild's Nagpur operations, assisting with logistics and tour management.
