If you cancel
How much is refunded depends on how far ahead of departure you tell us, as set out in our cancellation policy. The date that counts is the day we receive your cancellation in writing, by email to [email protected].
If we cancel
If we have to cancel a trip, we refund everything you have paid us for it, or, if you prefer, move it to other dates.
How a refund reaches you
- Refunds are paid back to the bank account the payment came from.
- We confirm the amount in writing before we pay it, and tell you when to expect it.
During a trip
If something we promised is not delivered, tell your naturalist or call us straight away, so that we can put it right while you are still there.
