What we collect, and why
- What you give us: name, phone/WhatsApp, email, city, travel preferences and party details — to plan trips, send proposals and manage bookings.
- Payments: processed by our payment partner; we never store card numbers.
- What we share: only what lodges, transporters and the forest department need to deliver your trip (names for permits, dietary needs). We never sell your data.
- Retention: enquiry data for 24 months; booking and invoice data as required by Indian tax law.
Your rights under India's DPDP Act, 2023
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data, and request erasure once it's no longer needed for bookings or legal retention.
- Withdraw consent at any time (this may limit our ability to plan your trip).
- Grievances: our Grievance Officer responds within the statutory period — [email protected].
Visitors from the EU/EEA & UK (GDPR)
- We process your data on the basis of contract (planning the trip you asked for) and consent (marketing, non-essential cookies).
- You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection — email [email protected].
- Non-essential cookies are off until you consent via the cookie banner.
