Confirming your trip
- A 25% deposit confirms your booking (custom trips) or reserves your seat (scheduled departures).
- The balance is due 30 days before the trip starts. Bookings made within 30 days of departure are payable in full.
- Seats held with a payment link expire after 48 hours if unpaid.
How you can pay
- UPI, credit/debit cards and netbanking via our secure payment partner (Razorpay). International cards accepted.
- Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) for larger bookings — details on your proposal.
- All prices are in INR and include GST. A tax invoice is issued within 48 hours of payment.
What your price includes
Exactly what your proposal or tour page lists under “What's included” — nothing hidden. Camera fees, flights and personal expenses are always listed under exclusions.
Price validity
- Proposal prices are held until the validity date printed on the proposal.
- Scheduled-departure prices are fixed once your seat is confirmed; government fee changes (park fees, GST) may be passed through at cost with documentation.
