How payment works when you travel with Beyond Wild. The figures that apply to your trip, including the deposit and when the balance is due, are always the ones printed on your proposal.
Confirming your trip
- Your trip is confirmed once we have received the deposit shown on your proposal and have written to you to confirm it.
- The balance is due by the date stated on your proposal.
- A proposal is held at its quoted price until the validity date printed on it. After that date, please ask us for an updated quote.
How to pay
We do not take payment on this website. When you accept a proposal, we send you our bank details for payment by bank transfer or UPI. If you would like to pay another way, or from outside India, tell us and we will tell you what is possible.
Please make payments only to the account details we send you directly. If you receive payment details that look different, call us on +91 9325092750 before you pay.
Currency and taxes
Your proposal states the currency it is priced in, and whether the price is for the whole group or per person. Where GST or other taxes apply, they are shown on the proposal.
What your price includes
Exactly what your proposal or the tour page lists as included. Anything listed as not included, such as flights, camera fees and personal expenses, is paid separately.
Changes in government charges
Park entry and permit fees and taxes are set by the government and can change after we quote. If they change before your trip, we may pass on the difference at cost, and we will show you the change.
