Cancelling a trip
At Beyond Wild, we understand that travel plans can change, and we always endeavour to be as accommodating as possible. However, wildlife travel involves advance commitments, including safari permits, accommodation, transport and the services of experienced naturalists and guides. Many of these arrangements are secured well in advance and are subject to strict cancellation terms imposed by the respective authorities.
Safari permits, once booked, are non-transferable. The names submitted at the time of booking cannot be changed, additional names cannot be added, and the dates of confirmed permits cannot be modified. These restrictions are imposed by the respective Forest Departments and are beyond our control.
As a result, cancellation charges increase as the departure date approaches. This reflects the costs already committed to securing your arrangements, particularly where permits, accommodation and other services cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Any applicable cancellation charges will be calculated based on the cancellation date and the terms of the respective service providers. Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed after deducting the relevant charges.
We encourage our guests to confirm their travel plans carefully before making a booking. Our team will always do its best to assist with changes or cancellations wherever possible, while remaining mindful of the regulations and commitments that govern wildlife travel.
